Instrument Lenders Canada has released its latest compilation Encourage the Dream (Volume 3).  The project features a variety of recording artists who all have donated a song in hopes of "Encouraging the Dream" to provide a musical instrument library to the residents of Perth County.  Check out all the acts on the CD here!
